DAO Governance System
Challenge
A community-owned project needed a governance system that could handle complex proposals, ensure fair voting, and execute approved changes automatically.
Solution
We built a modular governance system with tiered voting rights, delegation capabilities, and on-chain execution. The system includes simulation tools to preview the impact of proposals before voting.
Results
The DAO successfully processed over 200 governance proposals with 85% participation rate. The system has been adopted by three additional DAOs and has facilitated over $10M in treasury allocations.
